5-axis CNC Compound Angle Double-head Precision Cutting Saw

■ Adopt German PA CNC system, CNC system with arbitrary rotation of worktable and arbitrary swinging angle of saw blade, and increase 4kW special motor.

■ With unique length and angle precision compensation function, the length and angle positioning size are accurate, which is more suitable for cutting the oversized industrial proiles and aluminum curtain wall materials at any angle and the composite angle of aluminum curtain wall.

There is a saw blade sealing device under the workbench, which has a good chip removal efect, a follow-up opening and closing saw cover, safety and reliability, and a good working environment.

■ Each head has two cylinders to clamp the profile, which makes the cutting safe and reliable.
