The design goal of the whole machine is high-speed and high-precision machining. The structural design and power ratio of the whole machine have been strengthened, so that the equipment has high-strength bed and moving parts, and the use eciency has been greatly improved. High-speed and high-precision motorized spindle, X-axis with highprecision grinding helical gear, helical rack, three high-precision square guide rails as auxiliary, Y-axis and Z-axis with high-precision grinding ball screw drive and four high-precision square guide rails as auxiliary. Four groups of jigs automatically walk to avoid the processing area (optional). It is safer, faster and more reliable to use servo motor to control the three-sided turning of the workbench.

This machine is a multi-machine intelligent connection model, which supports the docking of ERP/MES management software, realizes the integration of production and marketing management and control, and improves production effciency.
