It is suitable for cutting and blanking industrial aluminum profiles, and the sawing angle can be adjusted at will between 22.5° and 157.5°. ■ The servo feeding mechanism can input the dimensions of several profiles to be cut at one time, and realize continuous cutting with different lengths of 0-6,000 mm, and realize direct input of different dimensions, without returning to the reference point when changing the sawing length.

Using CNC technology, the automatic positioning, cutting and

blanking of profiles with different specifications and angles can be

completed.

The profile fixture changes according to the angle, and the servo

ixture automatically avoids the appropriate cutting position without

manual intervention.

Special carbide saw blade for aluminum is selected, with an outer

diameter of650mm, high line speed and high machining accuracy.

CNC transmission adopts high standard grinding gear rack, which has

high transmission precision, accurate positioning and stable work.

The high-precision spindle makes the saw blade rotate stably and

efectively improves the surface quality ofthe workpiece.

There is a saw blade sealing device and pin arrangement system under

the workbench, which has good chip removal efect and a follow-up

opening and closing saw cover, which is safe and reliable.
