■The moving part of the machine consists of a moving door, and the

moving gantry is equipped with a heavy motorized device with a

high-precision rack.

■High-power electric spindle (15kW) with HSK-63F tool joint can also

perform heavy machining, and good results can be obtained in terms

ofspeed and accuracy.

■The mobile gantry contains a 12-bit tool library system, and 500 mm

tools are stored separately in a specialtool library.

■The machine tool is equipped with dual-station mode, which can

minimizethe downtime ofthe machinetool. Because inthis mode,the

workpiece can be replaced (loaded/unloaded) within a complicated

processing time. It is also possible to process diferent workpieces in

two processing areas.

■Equipped with gantry shell, it can not only protect operators, but also

reduce environmental noise.
